"I come here a lot but yesterday's visit was horrible. The cashier was not friendly, didn't say hello, didn't let us know if she was ready for us to order, she just stood there with her hand hovering over the register. I didn't take it personally at first, they were busy maybe she was stressed However my friend had returned to the register to order a sandwich that my other friend had and he asks for one and the cashier says your friend already ordered one and proceeds to tell him that twice like he didn't know that. Kind of felt like she was trying to belittle him but he proceeded to explain that he wants his own sandwich and then she just says sorry we are closed and not taking anymore orders. Now I wouldn't have been upset if she stated that first. She made the interaction longer than it needed to be but anyway my friend just kept asking for the sandwich that was beside her and then she charges him for it and he pays.. the whole transaction literally took less than a minute. - I ordered a rose milk tea and nearly choked on a flower the whole bud was in there. I've had this drink before never experienced that, idk if that's the usual thing and I've never noticed but I would've liked a warning. I found two more flowers in there, petals are fine but the short stem and bud I was not fond of choking."

"Came here for the 2D interior. It looks great from far away but looks a bit sloppy when you’re near it. I really liked the Lupicia tea collaboration going on, but you do have to order them from the machine in the front of the store. Got a little sample Lupicia tea, which was great! Service was pretty fast."

"First time here and I love the vibe. Has a comic the book theme. The menu has lots to choose from, I chose Black Sugar organic milk with blk sugar boba and taro pudding. Really delicious! I also purchased Moshi Moshi Premium Japanese Tea Fresh Fruit Sando."
