"Giving my rating purely on service, which to me is one of the most important things specially, for a McDonald’s . Everyone knows what taste like ‼️ obviously we are going to continue to buy it, but service was bad . Not going back to this one . The person who took my order was nice, and the first window where I paid as well, but when I was given my food, the lady was very rude. I was there between 3:25-3:30 . She seemed very bothered that I asked for ketchup. And when I asked for a different sauce she looked at me like I was from another planet and wanted to charge me .35 cent usually I have no issue, but it was the way the lady looked . Made me wonder if she was paying out of pocket for it her self . I will definitely just drive a little further to get better service."
"My son buys iced coffee twice a day . He asks for 12 bumps of cream. He overheard one of the employees say "might as well buy a gallon of milk" and he heard a few employees laughing with her..He told the cashier he had over heard them and asked if needed to speak to a manager. She proceeded to make another coffee but it still wasn't what he asked for. How hard is it to respect a paying and make a coffee you pay for?"
"The service is always outstanding, they r just super busy all the time so the food suffers a bit sometimes"
"They forgot the condiments and dipping sauce for the nuggets. Not sure why. It wasn’t even busy that time. But the place was clean not sure about the restroom and the cashier was friendly."
"The food is good, obviously McDonald's right. Sometimes soda is nothing but gas. The service depends on the time of day. There is rude workers around d lunch and late hours. Then tend to mess up your order a lot. As for the atmosphere it's cool. They do have some homeless outside by the trash cans and don't tell panhandlers to leave."
