"I had a great peel experience with Monroe! I was nervous, but she really made me feel at ease. She continued to check in with me multiple times via text after the appointment. Three weeks later, my skin looks great. I know I still need a few more sessions to get rid of my sun spots, but the first experience could not have been better. I would have given 5 stars based on the experience that Monroe gave me, but I had an issue with being overcharged by their system. I went in on a Wednesday, which is supposed to be 20% off. I had already paid $50 to hold the appointment, and they ended up only giving me 20% off of what I paid in person. I received some pushback on getting a refund, but their website very clearly states 20% off on Wednesdays with no other disclaimers. Eventually, the owner refunded me the difference but it was kind of an icky experience."

"I've gotten a hydrofacial with Lana twice now and she does an amazing job! She personalized it based on my combination skin type with great results - I feel like my skin was glowing and hydrated for weeks after even my first session. I took my mom with me the second time, who got a hydrofacial with Miranda, and she loved it as well. Will definitely be going back soon!"
