"I am completely devastated by my daughters haircut at the little locks La Jolla location. This was my daughters first big girl hair cut and they RUINED her hair. I asked for an inch or two PAST her shoulders. & physically showed her with my hand where to cut it to. After I saw the “stylist” keep chopping away I stood up and walked over to where my daughter was getting a hair cut. She said “comments mom??” And I said “ummm it’s a bit shorter than I told you”. While still smiling and not letting my daughter know how upset I was. I continued to stand next to my daughter and she told me that I needed to sit back down because me standing next to my daughter was making her uncomfortable?? I have 4 children and stand next to them anytime they get a haircut, never have I been told to sit down. How rude and unprofessional. Truly the worst overall experience. Worst haircut, rudest, unprofessional stylist."

"The worst experience ever! They damage my son’s hair. I do not recommend this place at all. My son had his hair very long and beautiful curls at the end.. It was his first haircut and I just wanted form in the same length but they just cut all.. horrible experience."

"The place was cute but they did not have toys for the kids as they got their cut, but maybe that was my misunderstanding. The stylist we also had did not know how to cut hair evenly, especially on the bangs, so my kids first haircut is pretty sad looking unfortunately."
