"Good NEX. Hasn't been crowded at all other than the food court. Plenty of items to shop around for to include frames, Navy pride items, and general Exchange stuff. Good selection of alcohol is available as well."

"Little or no commitment to customer service. Long lines are the norm, and managers are somewhat indifferent to helping out. Try and get a price match there, I dare you. They will spend 30 minutes, for $2.00 price match. 32nd street exchange seems much better organized, with better service overall. Sad."

"I've never felt so disrespected and so stereotyped in my life. I had an issue with an Ipad Pro that I purchased not working as soon as I opened it. Within hours of purchasing it I came right back in with my toddler and they led me to believe that they were going to swap it out agreeing that this was a weird screen/button malfunction. Then when I got back from running to my vehicle they flipped and rudely blamed my toddler for the screen/buttons not working saying that I must have let her play with it and she must have spilled something on it or dropped it and refused to do anything. All three employees at the counter then turned their backs and refused to give me any options for the defective device. Took it to apple the next day and they exchanged it for free and gave me free apple coverage for life on it."

Prices & identical to other NEX, but u high a higher chance of finding great deals here since less people shop at this NEX because of it's on an island."
