"I needed some new wipers and Jamie was so friendly, nice, professional, and most of all sincere! She not only recommended wipers that were more suitable for my car, she also explained why and when installed them for me. Who does that anymore? I highly recommend coming to the Autozone in OB if you want good ol’ fashion customer service! She’s bringing back the dying art! Thank you Jamie, God Bless ya ~ Caya"

"I wish I got the lovely lady (with dope tattoo sleeves on her arm)'s name! She and Ron were very helpful figuring out my windshield wiper replacements and were incredibly patient and funny!"

"UPDATE Jan 2024 I emailed right away as directed in the the canned reply below from the 'owner'. Never heard back. ----- Original review... Initial help form 1st two employees was amazing, friendly and helpful. At checkout though, 3rd employee rang me up. I realized I was charged more for an item in my cart than I saw on the rack. A small amount (just a buck for a $9 dollar item), however having been frustrated by bait-and-switch tactics in the past at other stores, I pointed it out and expected the cashier to offer some interest in resolving it, and ideally look to respect the price shown. No budge. "Did you not want it?" Was the option given to me. I pointed out that shouldn't the price shown be honored? I was told it was only 1 dollar. Felt a little rebuffed that if it was only a dollar the store should have no problem making the adjustment, and making it right. The cashier then proceed to walk over to the spot, where I pointed it out. Sure enough, my item matched the sticker at the lower price shown. Employee says, that is a mistake it shouldn't be that price. We walked back, and I was then asked again, "did you still want it?" At this point, I was like "fine" but completely frustrated at the lack of customer service to make it right. I paid, and finished by saying, "I shouldn't tell you how to do your jobs here, but typically in this situation you would make it right and honor the price shown" The response, "we will fix it". I reply, "you will fix this?" (pointing to my receipt?) thinking employee might make the adjustment. "No, we will fix it. The price" and nods to where the item is displayed. At this point employee is on the verge of rolling eyes at me and very clearly just wants me gone. I leave. And instead of leaving with my gratitude of how amazing and helpful and patient the first 2 employees were, I am left with the 3rd. Yes, it was only a single dollar. Yes I could have declined to buy it. But the whole interaction was handled extremely poorly. And not the kind of interaction I wanted when I "chose" to go to a brick and mortar instead of buying something online."
