"I ordered mine a month ago and when they got to my local post office they got sent back Bc of a wrong address is there anyway I can get a refund or my Order sent back to me sooner?"

"***NOT A RETAIL STORE*** Despite this all-too-obvious realization only after we arrived (with guidance from some outside stander-bys), Derek gave a detailed explanation of each product in the line and its intended purpose. Even interrupting him fulfilling a backlog of online orders, I got advise and a hookup. The lady-friend and I walked away w/ a grip these — nearly one pair of each. We’re already getting good results heeding the advise to keep half-lengths/low-heights in low tops and reserve taller lifts for boots and hi-top sneaks, and positioning lifts under the original insole keeps ’em in place. All this takes time to adjust to as well. This guy and his business are an excellent example of what can be done w/i the entertainment industry, because of an industry demand, despite an industry discrimination. Inspiring stuff. My purpose of the visit was fulfilled. Met another wizard behind another curtain. Love this town. And it goes to show — even tall guys wanna be taller..!"

"Same here guys, it been over 6 days now and in the receipt, it's says priority shipping within 2-3 days. Still nothing has came. I even left them an email and phone message. This was my first time buying Lift kits and i really excite to receive them. I even have there order number. This is kind of disspointing me and now i might have to call my banking company."

"I ordered my lift kit 2 months ago. The day I placed my order , my credit card was run. I waited a month for my order and never received it. I called the number listed under support and spoke with a women. Its actually the same women on the answering machine. She informed me the product was on a back order for a few weeks, but not to worry the product has been shipped and ibshould receive it in 2 days... I waited a week and still no product. I called the same number during there business hours listed on the answering machine, over and over for another 2 weeks and not a call went answered. .I left several voice mails requesting a call back , and I have never gotten a call back. This was a horrible experience and the customer service this company provides is terrible. I will be calling back my credit card company and charging back the transaction. BUYER-BE-WARE!!!!!!"
