"I am a huge fan of Free People brand. Cute bohemian style, well made, good quality fabrics, etc. Until yesterday I went to the 3rd street Promenade location. From the second I walked in I felt like I was being judged and like I was not welcome in that store. I felt as though the employees didn't not give satisfactory customer service because they didn't think that I had the money to buy anything in their store. They watched me as if I were trying to steal... This service caused me to walk out without purchasing anything from one of my favorite brands. I would expect a brand like Free People to hire employees who are just as down to earth as their clothing. Not impressed at all. Customer service does matter."

She is always there to make you feel inferior..will push you to buy clothes...if you change your mind 2 seconds later she will be there to say a big NO to your face even if you point out the store has a return policy which is CLEARLY printed on the back of the receipt. She will make up rules that don't exist. I have STOPPED BUYING from FP all together because of her snarky attitude."
