"The clothes in this location were really great, a breath of fresh air compared to clothes back in the Bay. I wanted to buy more clothes from this location so I searched them up and I was honestly surprised at the low reviews; however, upon further inspection it all had to do with complaints about normal retail protocal. Every coworker gossips amongst each other no matter the industry, just because an employee doesn’t greet you doesn’t mean they’re rude, and return policies aren’t the fault of the location. Having worked in both retail and food service, the employees here were so friendly and I loved conversing with them when I was checking out for my final sale."

"Really surprised that reviews here are low? The staff and customer service was otherworldly and anybody that left a bad review has probably never worked a day in customer service. There were super sweet girls working cashier/fitting rooms and conversed with my friends and I about the items we purchased and even made it personable by asking what we were doing down here (we're from NorCal). Additionally, my friend wanted to return an item hours later and the manager was so understanding and instead offered store credit/an exchange. I wiiiishhh their website had a working domain that sells clothing, I miss the ambiance and connections I made in that store. "Went in yesterday. There was a larger woman running around screeching about how people “don’t pick up after themselves” lol. Turns out she worked there? Really weird place. I have no idea if she was talking about me or not as I had been in there for about 10 seconds before she started whining. Probably avoid this place. Or just avoid this particular lady. The clothes were pretty ugly, too."

"I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. Shocking staff. SO RUDE! I went in yesterday to find a dress. I went to the back where the dresses were which happened to be right next to the changing room, immediately as I got there a woman literally RAN up to me and goes “how many”. She must have thought I was going to the changing room even though she had just seen me walk into the store. As I was trying dresses on she came back with some sort of room spray and began spraying for about a minute straight into the dressing rooms. It literally gassed me out in there i couldn’t even try on the second dress. And I was quite upset about it because I quite liked the dress. Even though the quality of the clothes in this shop are absolute trash and the price is way too high for that, so I’m glad I didn’t purchase anything. I was so shocked to come to the website and she all these awful reviews about the store. Absolutely shocking, get new staff!!!! You are loosing a lot of customers because of who you have hired. I was shocked don’t go to this store!"

"This is my first time shopping in this location! I am so happy to have stumbled upon it! The customer service that I received from The store manager Nancy and the lovely sales associate Carolina.was very welcoming. The price points were very affordable, and the selection was outstanding! I will be coming here again."
