"I was referred to this business yesterday by a friend who is an avid cyclist. My friend (Alex) donated this bike yesterday to help a homeless student in Lincoln. I was told to see Andy at this shop. I arrived without an appointment. Andy assisted me with providing an evaluation of the bike to assess needed repairs. New tires and additional servicing were provided to assure the bike would be safe for operation for the homeless student. I covered the cost of repairs at my expense. Andy provided a professional discount knowing the circumstances involving the student. I promptly delivered the bike to the High School in Lincoln. "I had a great experience here! I wanted to demo 2 bikes, I filled out the online request form. I was contacted very quickly and the bikes were transferred to the shop very quickly. After I rode the 2 bikes I decided to purchase one. There was no pressure to do so, but once I decided to move forward they made the process so quick and easy. Very responsive and communicative along the way. Thanks Jonathan for excellent customer service and getting me on my new bike!"
"My brother's e-bike got a flat tire, and they were able to replace it the same day he brought it in. I like how clear they were about pricing and possible extra costs. They are honest upfront and like how my brother received a text when his bike was ready for pickup. The store was also very neat and convenient, with free parking.
