"This villa is the best place ever!! It is over the top amazing! We watched the dolphins from the bedrooms, watched the glistening waves crash in the sunshine and heard them crashing in the evening as we slept. The place was completely perfect. We love the spa which fit 10 of us, the gourmet kitchen, the 2 huge living rooms, dining room, large wet bar and counter - it's all connected in the most brilliant floor plan. There are views, views, views from every window, including the city lights and 3 bell towers. The Master suite is so impressive. This is a super creative floor plan, huge separate living room en suite with bathroom of 3 sinks, spa tub, 2 showers, and beautiful. We liked the separate toilet/bidet room too. Our family loved all of the bedrooms and upstairs TV room/office with printer and monitors for our use. The backyard is huge with the brand new chef's grill and separate dining area. It is 1 block and a few steps to downtown, really. The beach is 5 minutes away. Can't say enough. We will be back for sure. Another reason this was the best place ever is our host Sandy Leger obviously loves this place - you can feel her TLC in every area. The booking process was easy, she checked in with us to see if we needed anything, and was a real pleasure as a hostess of the nicest place hands down that we ever have stayed at. Our experience was better than most of the 5 star resorts we are accustomed to. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers"

"My family and I really loved our stay here. The house was beautiful and pristine within a peaceful established neighborhood. Sandy and co-hosts were very kind and communicative. Sandy shared recommendations for things to do and checked in with us to make sure everything exceeded our expectations. The house had everything we needed and my parents commented on how comfortable the beds are. I have stayed in lots of places with Airbnb and Sandy’s was by far my favorite place for its cleanliness and location. I will definitely stay here again!! Thank you Sandy!"

"Having stayed at nine airbnbs, I rank this experience the best thus far. We reserved one of Sandy's properties and were due to check in at 4. Since we have an 8 month old, she allowed us to temporarily stay at one of her many other properties. This one is in Lake Forest. I've lived in this area since 1997 and have never been in this neighborhood. It's amazing! I'd literally buy this house for my family. So I contacted Sandy and asked if we could move to this home instead during our stay. She obliged, thankfully! When one stays at an airbnb, they want to feel like they're on vacation, yet have everything you need in a super comfortable home. This is not just a house. It feels like home. Well-decorated, updated, totally STOCKED, and ready for a long-term stay. There's a dog door, even batteries in the kitchen, and a jacuzzi out back, too! Every need is covered, and some. Very comfortable bed! Huge and I mean huge deck off of the upstairs master. Mountain views with birds chirping. There's an office downstairs that's actually a master. Anytime I'm staying in Orange County, I will only stay at one of Sandy's places! Her beach properties look amazing. Aside from her home being spot-on, her hospitality and kindness to shift homes for us, she's a really cool lady whom I got along with quite well. I strongly suggest staying at one of her homes!"
