"Patrick was lovely during our check-in. The room was nice, but looked larger and newer in the photos. All dispensers for shampoo, soap, etc were empty and the Houskeeper provided us with just 2 bars of soap. The restroom door in our friends room would not close. Pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn't when we were there. If these are non issues, this is good for folks on a budget . However, this is a safe location, close to crescent beach and the free trolly stop which add to the plus side for this review"

"This hotel was amazing. I took my family out here for my daughter’s birthday and Patrick was an absolute blessing. He made sure my family was taken care of and happy. He went out of his way to make us feel special. If I could give a 10 star rating I would . Thank you Patrick for making us feel at home! We will be back"

"The highlight was definitely the service! Patrick helped us check in, gave us wonderful recommendations, and was all around amazing! Would come back just because of him. The gorgeous beach is just across the street, amazing amazing location. AND there's a little mini Mart right next door that's open late in case you need snacks or anything later. The only down fall is the rooms are not very clean. You have clean bedding and the main hard surfaces have been wiped down, but the walls, floors, shower, crevices, and baseboards are very very very ick. My families room was completely out of any form of soap or shampoo also. The rooms have been updated nicely, and we love love Patrick. But please hire more people for cleaning and/or they need some thorough training."

"Rooms were disappointing but convenient location n dog friendly. The agents were very accommodating, all 3.we have dealt with. Parking was free but it was trashy down there, sad to say we are not coming back"

"I have to say I was a little leary about this place after diving into some reviews, but we were thoroughly impressed with everything. The staff, the room, the location. We had a key hole view of the ocean from our balcony and could walk straight to the beach within 5 minutes. Definitely recommend it and will use it again."
