"Uncomfortable experience. Until a forced conversation with the sales associate. She inadvertently was following me. When she found out I was a travel nursing professional, she then wanted to offer assistance in finding a hoodie and leggings. It was too late. Her prejudice already showed. I'm not really sure how other minorities come to this country and be prejudiced, but it's sickening. Besides, who shops in Pink anymore? I haven't for years. Honestly, I just wanted a couple of pairs of leggings. After this visit, I definitely won't be anymore. Recommend? Not for people of color."
"The manager was very rude and had an attitude . I tried to return an item that was damaged that I bought on sale in January and she said it was from 2016 and totally worn out.. I asked who is the manager? She said me!! She turned around and left the customer service provided by the Manager was horrible, unprofessional and the lowest standard. The cashier was nice. Wonder why people don’t want to buy stuff from Victoria Secret and pink!!! Better go elsewhere for customer service and quality maybe Aerie!"
