"The older Latin lady coordinator with glasses and a black shawl was giving me a dirty look while I was walking to the line and looking at what I purchase is not like I’m going to walk out the store with the merchandise. She walk back to the register staring at me so hard. After her helping a guest with there purchase she just look at me when my turn and then walk away to put something back what a rude lady. Did even bother to ring me up she is discriminating me and I don’t even know her. With out customer she would not have a job"

"I was returning some items. The Filipina short old lady employee, ask what is wrong with the items why are u returning them. It’s her tone of voice is very rude when she said it. After the transaction return in the end after I left she said hey hey is that your cart she yelled at me very rude lady. Learn how to talk to a customer instead giving an attitude. She needs customer service training to be polite."

"A poorly managed store. Seven employees at the check out counter and only one register was open. Six employees were talking and adding security tags to merchandise while 25 people waited in line to purchase items. This happened 1:00 pm on Friday, October 13th. Spooky customer service."

"Very disappointed and irritated that the makeup is not inside a case to protect it from theft and idiots who touch the makeup. It’s disgusting and frustrating to buy anything because everything is opened. People are seriously animals who have no manners at all! I was looking through the makeup and tried grabbing an eyeshadow palette and it fell from my hands because it was open and shattered all over the floor. This is why I like Ross that they put all the makeup is plastic containers. I will be calling corporate to let them know. Besides that the other sections of the store seemed fine and organized."

"Ok this place is a hit or miss for me. I always feel like it's packed with so much stuff but nothing really worth buying. In terms of home decor it's very recycled product and the font featured in the picture below has TJmaxx in a choke hold because it's in EVERY single jar or holiday product which for me personally I tried of seeing it. I don't really to buy a mug or rug and cutesy bug with that silly font. Lol"
