"Two stars for the customer service. My mom was overcharged for an item and when we went to ask about the charge the worker(name pronounced Iowa like the state but I’m not sure how it’s spelled) was very rude and I’ll-mannered. She then accused my mom of stealing. When a manager (very patient and professional) noticed we asked to have the video footage looked over, and we were indeed overcharged."

"I hope some big time Ross shopper will announce to serramonte Ross that due to there behavior and treatment of the less fortunate as in this reference that you are declining to shop here At least for the day let them think it's forever please that's what I want for Christmas I am homeless I sometimes shop at Ross I have a pair of pants on right now I bought two pair it's all I own my friend is wearing one pair mine are way filthy so I needed a new pair the security I've never seen refused to let me in I appeared asked him to state a reason other than my homeless appearance said I just need a pair of pants and it was Christmas eve and I had nothing else to wear he had no response to reason other than my appearanceecplianed I spend good money there and i had no other pants I cold not allowed he ssid it was his right tosay so side note I believe iN prevailment of all life and all truth I dedicate my life to it and have a super solid gold honesty record in the bay I've been here 30 years people know my honesty it can be proven and it demonstrates he didn't hear I stole some other place but only my homeless appearance on Christmas eve poeticly would be carmatic if he lost his job over it became homeless needed pants on Christmas and was denied if you are awesome enought to boycott them let them and me me know and merry Christmas They're pretty ficool 12.99."

"Barely walked into the store, and for some odd reason, security called me out over their head set on what I was wearing like I was going to steal from them. To top it off, I had a young kid follow me all around the store as I was shopping. I confronted him and asked if there was a problem. He looked at me like he did not know what he was doing. I felt harrased while trying to shop. This is obsurd. I explained to them that I'm a travel healthcare worker and never had this happened. I will be contacting corporate about this and reporting. This is what I was wearing today."

"I got the same deals I got at targets and it helped my collection of shirts for college student and YMCA fitness time. I love Ross oh I got two great area rugs that completed my covering needed for my floor at a great price."

"I enjoy this Ross. It is my default location. Great prices and usually friendly staff. However, they are far too slow in the check out. This is an issue with most Ross stores, but this one is far worse. Sometimes there are 20-30 people in line, yet only 2-3 (sometimes 4 if you’re lucky) cashiers. And they move SO SLOWLY. It’s as if their training is to move slow. Plan to spend at least 20-30 minutes in line waiting to check out if you come. Which is an inappropriate amount of time. Serramonte Ross managers, this needs improvement asap."
