"Don’t waste your time here. Went to return items I was gifted that did not fit me and the line is incredibly long since the purchase and returns is in one location. After waiting in line they did not accept my items since I did not have a gift receipt with me even though I was within the 30 days. I was happy to take store credit and purchase another item but the associate was extremely rude and kept repeating “store policy”. She was wearing a “customer obsessed” pin and I was not receiving a“customer obsessed” experience. Very poor experience and now I am left with these items that do not fit me."

"Miss Su, the manager decided to implement the Nordstrom Rack return policy on me from a regular Nordstrom purchase. I pick up all my Nordstrom purchases from Nordstrom Rack because they are so far from my home. It doesn’t make sense that they would use the return policy of a different store when I purchase it from a different entity. If I buy something from Nordstrom and return it to Nordstrom rack, it should be the return policy of who I purchase it from. It’s like upholding a law from a different state."

"Saw this super cute jacket but couldn’t decide which color….looked at tag and decided to get both! The camel and the black! The line to check out was long however the sales girl could not have been any nicer! She was a pretty young lady with a long french braid in her hi-lighted long hair! She was professional and focused she made me feel welcomed and i commented on how cool she was with all the people behind me. I was getting gift receipt’s but not for all purchases so as she was giving me change and gift receipts she had it all organized and said take your time and put your things away its fine, i didn’t feel rushed and i did manage to keep my gift receipts separate from the other purchases. I give the young lady that checked me out ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ gold stars! Sorry o wish i could remember her name."
