"I went into the spa for a facial. The classic facial was $159.00. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade for additional 35 dollars for a hydrating facial which I did. So I payed almost payed 200 dollars for a facial that only included: cleanse, serums, steam and mask. In my opinion the price was absolutely ridiculous for the service that was done. The young lady was very nice and the spa was beautiful. But sitting there while she was doing the ABSOLUTE basics to my skin and then charging me 200 dollars is a rip off. This type of facial at a 5 star spa would not be more than 80 dollars. Nice staff. But the facials are very overpriced."

"Had my first massage at Head & Stone Alameda location and it was amazing!! William was my therapist and he did such a GREAT job!! He asked about the pressure and other things that would help him understand what I was looking for. Loved the way he massaged my body, make it so relaxed and now my body is not sore anymore. I would definitely come back again and have William as my therapist. Also, overall place has really nice and calming ambiance. Thanks so much XO"
