"I purchased a Groupon (BIG MISTAKE) and they quadruple charged me. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with them! After multiple voicemails and texts, I finally spoke to them and they were dismissive of my issues and they finally agreed to refund me my $105. It has now been a month and no refund has been issued to me! So unprofessional!!!"
"I been going to Linda for 25 years and trust us 100% on advice and doing the job to 100% satisfaction. I went to do permanent make up for eyebrows Touch up after nine years. She did an amazing job on both times. I was told that I might need touchups after a year or two from the initial round, but it lasted me a lot longer than two years. It’s still looked great after all those years. I highly recommend going to Linda at La Princesa salon for any big jobs."

"Bought a groupon for laser hair removal. They offer many other services and you can usually do a consultation and service the same day. Nurse was very nice, the process was quick and easy. 2 hr free street parking. Was my 1st time getting lasered, I recommend using the numbing gel they provide (arrive 20 min early) or buying your own."
