"I went in at two pm. It’s five pm and my scalp hurts really badly in one place because they brushed my hair terribly. Bottom to top is an obvious known rule. They ripped through my hair, breaking the hair and damaging it. I’m paying for oil treatment to make my hair pretty so obviously I care about my hair and the way the brushed it made me sad because they damaged it. Because my head was literally hurting, I called. She nervous laughed a few times. It was hard not to get angry when I was hearing laughter when I was saying I was in pain and sad about how my hair was damaged. I should have walked out after one of the many times my head was yanked down. I did say “ow” and “careful not to brake my hair” during. I paid and tipped but I will never go back. The pedi hurt too. Would not recommend."

"Went to this place hours before a celebration (which I mentioned to the ladies beforehand) I told them I wanted a gel pedicure and a nail dip, I Got to my seat, the water for the pedicure was cold I mentioned this to my pedicurist she insured me that the water would turn hot.. after some time I touched the water again with my hand and it was still cold.. so I informed her again.. she brought back a cup bucket and started taking the water out and was refilling it with hot water. Now at this time some other employee ask me what I wanted again for my nails I said the dip nails on my natural nail bed or a over lay with gel color because my natural nails break easily..(I got the nail dip from them before no problem) her and her coworkers were telling me i should get the long nails because it’s nicer and they said that if I got the nail dip that I wouldn’t be able to get a refill next time that I would have to get a new dip all over again..I had to repeat myself about my nail condition and that I didn’t mind about getting a new service next time… they then said in harmony that acrylic would harm my nail bed as well.. at this time I’m confused because they were just telling me to get long acrylic nails (which I mentioned would harm my nail bed as well after they said it..) one lady was sitting next to me to start my nails.. but after I said that she walked away from with an attitude. Now my feet are getting painted and there are about 5 workers around and i say “do you guys close soon..? They said no.. one worker said I should get the gel manicure.. I then say you know what you are right my cuticles can use some trimming I haven’t had a manicure in a while. Let’s do the manicure. Finally another worker comes to my seat and starts my gel manicure (she doesn’t put my hand in warm water..) now another worker comes next to us and tells her how to file my nails.. I asked to cut them so they can be the same length she starts telling me and showing me her nails which weren’t the same length and said “you don’t want fake nails so this is how your nails will look” I tell her can you just cut them all off and make it square.. now another worker comes to my other (they start speaking another language..) the other worker says to me “you should just wear it like that nothing just plain” I say “for my celebration? I would like manicure” she says “people like you come in here and can’t make their mind up…! She has done all that she can do for you, your just not satisfied, you need to go, we tried and you complain” at this point I’m confused and upset because they didn’t finish the job and kept trying to up sale me and all I wanted was something short and simple. Thank goodness after i paid for my feet which they over charged me.. I found a nicer spot around the corner I was a lil late to my celebration because of this business. Crazy part I’ve been a customer here before never had this problem."

"Being from out of town I feel very fortunate that I went to this salon. Everyone was very welcoming and my nails look absolutely amazing! I now know where I will be coming back to whenever I am in town. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to get there nails looking fabulous."

"I’ve been here 3 times for 3 gel manicures and 2 pedicures (1 gel, 1 regular). I go around 4pm on Fridays. I usually call ahead to make sure they have space. I’ve never had to wait. Each time the women have been so nice and very detail oriented. The gel manicure has lasted up to 3 weeks with minimal chips and my gel pedicure lasted 5 weeks and could have gone longer. The photo with darker pink polish was today and the lighter pink polish was after 2 weeks of wear. My nails grew to the longest they have ever naturally been! In terms of prices, I usually get deluxe pedi and mani with gel and end up around $108. They have cheaper options, too. I always ask about prices to confirm and they are really nice about it. I think the quality has been worth it"
