"It was my first time cutting my hair here and I made it very clear to only cut the sides and not touch the top. But then she uses the clipper and a chunk of my hair at the top near the edge is gone. As you can see the sides are uneven. Customer service was nice, the lady was friendly but the job done was f-up"
