"Unfortunately, they seem to not prioritize customer service at this shop so I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. I called a few times and was told I could drop my board off to have it repaired, but after driving 35 minutes to take my board in on a Saturday they said they couldn't take boards until later in the week. Apparently they didn't have any room to hold onto one board as a courtesy. Disappointing to say the least."

"I Purchased a bodyboard/surfboard from this place today on 10/5/20 and was told that there was no fins available. Being that this was my first purchase, I was not aware that these boards are supposed to come with fins. Malary the employee that helped me suggested to “check out” the other surf shop a few stores away. Which I recommend 100%. I went to the other shop and was told that the board is supposed to come with fins and that if they don’t have any then I should not have payed full price and should return the item. Upon hearing this not only was I a little upset but confused. I went back to Becker and spoke to a different female employee, I explained to her what happened. She came back and told me the same thing as Malary. After telling me this, I told her this is unacceptable considering I paid full price for an item that was not even complete. Malary came back and then got the manager after I told her that I should not pay full price for an item that has missing things. Corey the manager came and asked what the problem was. I explained to him the same thing as Malary and the other employee. Mid explanation Corey walked away from me. Anybody who is a manager knows not to walk away when a customer is explaining something to them in a reasonable tone. Corey proceeded to leave and to everyone’s surprise the fins magically appeared. WHY did I have to come back after going to a different surf shop And learning that I am supposed to get items that I paid for regardless if they are in stock or not. If they are not in stock then I should not pay full price. I would not recommend this store to anybody I know."
