"I had experienced very rude and unprofessional saleswomen/cashiers. I needed to return an item which was purchased a few days ago, definitely was bought within 7 days and according to the refund/exchange rules - I could do so within 7 days from purchase date as well as I was assured over the phone the following day that I can return the item within 7 days as long as I have my receipt. My item was bought inside of their store-not outside-like one of the cashiers was attempting to point out. They all got really defensive as they did not want to provide a refund and the way how they talked back at me was disgusting. A male salesperson interfered as he witnessed how rude one of them was, and he helped me from that point on. He did not provide a refund, he exchanged an item for me, but was polite unlike unprofessional female cashiers. I will never shop at this location again and possibly won't ever buy their products."

"New Years Day, 2022, walking on Malibu pier, realized Aviator Nation opened the Dreamland section. HOLY HELL! My new favorite LA interior! So exactly the 70s, great vibe, the best friendliest staff, great music! We stayed for a couple of hours, had a few drinks with 2 friends and my wife, we really didn't want to leave, anything after this is just a let down, seriously. Full bar, not sure if they will be serving food or not, bands soon I'm guessing. Olivia was the best, funnest, coolest bartender, I have ever come by, she straight up rocks, so we did an impromptu photo shoot of her, who does that?!"
