"Myself and two buddies had our first paraglider flights with Claude and we had a fantastic time. The communication was a bit sporadic, but we only gave him a few days notice and he is running the whole business while flying multiple times a day. I come from an aviation background and he seemed like a professional and highly experienced operator to me. Just be patient with the communication and give him several days notice and all should be good. Pleasant and funny guy to talk to in the car. I was amazed he was able to land on a crowed beach with complete safety."
