"I needed insulin for my little dog. My usual supply place was out of the product. I needed it -=fast, so I contacted California Pet Pharmacy and asked to have it Shipped overnight, refrigerated (FedEx). Very expensive, but you gotta do what you gotta do. It arrived today very well refrigerated. I’m delighted that I found California pet pharmacy. They are less than 200 miles from where I live so if I ever really needed to go into their place, it would be easy to do. Thank you very much great service CissyB"

"I placed an order, shipping was free and the order confimed. Three hours later customer service phoned and said it would be $20 to ship because of weight and distance. None of the explanation made sense, it was simply blamed on the shipper. They were not conciliatory or professional, did not offer any solutions, they simply asked me how I wanted to proceed. Of course I canceled. This was my first and last order. Disappointing to say the least as I was happy to find a new source. I am giving one star because otherwise the post will not go through but obviously I would not even give them one."

"First time ordering meds from California Pet pharmacy for my 2 dogs in mid Dec 2024. I got a confirmation on orders and the expected delivery date. The meds didn't arrive on the expected delivery date, I emailed cpp 3 days pass the expected delivery date, but never got a response back from them. A few more days has past, I decided to call them, and of course it's the weekend,no answer. Then tried again on Monday which is already 10 days pass the expected delivery date. On the phone with the for over 20 minutes. They best they can offer was to track down the current delivery which could take 48 to 72 hours! I try to have my vet prescribed another prescription and they over night it to me while they track down the original order, but they can't do that because it was a control substance. One of my dog's med was for incontinent. Our dog's original med ran out a week after the expected delivery date, and she doesn't like diapers and keep getting it off. It's been a mess! California Pet pharmacy is a terrible company, hold no responsibilities, and I still have heard back from them as of yet, it's been 5 days since I contacted them. These were meds! Not some treats! To say the less, we will bever order from them again! Cliff"

"California Pet Pharmacy's prices are the lowest I have been able to find for my dog's prescriptions, and their customer service is outstanding! I placed an urgent order following surgery for my dog, and they faxed and emailed my vet to push the authorization through asap and then called me to verify that the prescription was approved and was being filled within 24 hours of my request. Such a relief!"

"This is one of the best pet pharmacies I’ve come across. Great customer service and quick responses! I switched to California Pet Pharmacy for my dogs prescription medication about a year ago. I’m not local to CA, they ship it across the US for me and I always receive it in time! Multiple old pharmacy’s would run out of stock more than a few times a year. Never once has my dog been out of medication due to stock issues with California Pet Pharmacy. They are absolutely the best!!"
