"I just had a negative experience today with the pharmacy. I got hung up 4 times between 12:15 and 12:22 pm, Tuesday 1/4/2022. I am sick and trying to find out info. about Covid-19 testing. After the 4th hand up, the signal became busy. I usually had positive experiences here and ama regular customer. I couldn't believe someone at the pharmacy did that. It's terrible customer and way to let me know they're busy. I hope corporate knows this so it doesn't happen again."
