Her medication is always delivered within a week’s time and always packaged up neatly with additional instructions. The reason for 4 stars is their pricing for 40mg fluoxetine is pretty high compared to Allivet, almost $50 for a two month supply. Now they’ve added a 90 day supply option for $12 which would’ve been nice to know or have before my refill shipped…"

Emailed CEO directly and will also be looking into contacting the investors. Aug:There isn’t a zero. So much potential here and would support this company in every way. I’ve had to call two months ago when my script didn’t appear after my doctor submitted and my meds arrived after I had to leave for a business trip. I’ve been trying to get them to send me my script that my doc ordered Aug 1st and again I had to ask her to resend last Thursday. Nothing again. Still waiting. Can it be this hard? If anyone takes meds for mental health, I would cautious them to use this until they figured things out internally. Im waiting until Monday for them to redeem themselves but I don’t think they will have my prescription “found”. Dude wanted me to tell my doctor to update some software at some point and I was like “What planet is this? It worked the first time, the second time you all found the mistake, and the third/fourth time- come the hell on” Mark should absolutely exit this partnership- it’s a liability and hurts people more than helps people. Let me say that one more time- the meds are cheaper but it is CHEAP and unreliable service. Terrible."
