"This clinic is our family's pcp for more than a decade. From the previous owner to current, this clinic continues to deliver professionalism and provide a great care to their patients. Our family can vouch on that, otherwise, we would have moved on to different pcp. My encounter with the receptionist, I think her named is Adi, has always been great. She is very warm and welcoming. Just like the Medical Assistant named Nancy. She is very professional, knowledgeable and is also very kind. Our previous doctor was Dr. Saglio. We were sad that he had to retire, but Dr. Romero and Francisca are great doctors and most importantly, they care about their patients. In medical field, patient's care is always important. This clinic is great as a whole at least for our family."

"The one star is for the person who answers phones . Been going to valle verde somce a baby for 27 years let me say I'm so disappointed woth the receptionist who answers the phones I believe her name is Brianna or Bianca I had multiple issues when calling the office 1st time I was explaining to her an appt I had and she puts me on hold without telling me had me talking for 4mins myself that I had to click n recall the office and everytime I speak to her she doesn't know anything I been struggling with this receptionist for literally 2 months I can't get an answer to even a simple question she always wants me to call later or leave a vm. 2nd time I was talking to her about an appt and that I need to get my son seen and I wasn't done talking and she tells me bye bye n hangs up like I have worked as a receptionist in a health care and they show me to always greet the patient over the phone and smile so you can sound nice and friendly but this receptionist is the opposite I feel like she doesn't enjoy her job since she doesn't even say "thank you for calling valle verde Medical how can I help you" like I don't even get that and to call the office I have to call multiple times I remember u would call n they will answer n they will tell you they would but u on hold cause they had a patient before them now it looks like only 1 call gets answer n the rest go to vm. I never had an issue with passed receptionist I have talked to the incharge manager Dora she helped me get some answers to my questions and did complain about Brianna/Bianca but I would appreciate if they had a nice friendly person as a receptionist answering the phone and not a moody person I'm really tired of calling and getting this receptionist to help me when she doesn't know anything."

"Very unprofessional office. I called to make a new patient appointment for my husband, and they told me to send pictures of my insurance card and since no one called me back after 3 days, i called and spoke with Marisela, very unprofesional, unethical and rude person who told me there were patients ahead of my husband to check insurances, and that "thats not the only job i have to do you know" statement just blew it. Medical offices are to help people or at least to try, this office did not TRY at all. I would appreciate it if they had made a courtesy call to notify me they recieved my insurance card pictures, but theyre so busy giving attitute to new people instead."

"Dr Seglio, my primary care doctor was knowledgeable, kind, friendly and attententive..( 5 stars for him!) however ; he retired ( unbenoumced to me)They never called to tell me that my dr. Retired,therefore I wasn't able to schedule my yearly checkup ( they usually called me to schedule), so I made appt( just to find out the above), and now have a new doctor.after appt, yearly nloodworkand mammogram are scheduled, the blood work was done, but they billed me for a portion of it, due to the doctor " not explaining why it was needed, so my insurance wasn't going to cover it"re ! Mmomogram, I have called the Drs office..( for a 3rd time) to ask them to fax, or call or somehow get my referral placed for a mammogram it's been a month,since exam., to day I went as far as to tell them there number to use for faxing it!so we will see..."
