"Worked on the wrong side of my daughters mouth and REFUSE to give me the X-rays. They tried giving me the photos after they put on the fillings? And when I mentioned this to my mom she said years ago they extracted my little brothers tooth without her consent. Then she took him to another dentist and they were able to see the X-ray before they did the extraction they said it didn’t even need to be extracted. Don’t even think about bringing your kids here"

"At this time, my daughter needs a lot of dental work. The dentist, Dr. Chiang, was patient with her and me and answered all the questions I had at the time. He suggested and I followed it and got a second opinion. I've decided to go back to CCPDG for the work. Dr. Chiang's dental assistant, Lawrence, was calm and really reassuring. Rita at the front desk explained my options and scheduled a consultation and an appointment to have the work done. The appointment is scheduled for next month which isn't that far off considering we have DentiCal."

"My toddler needed 4 teeth tended to as they had exposed nerves and had a cavity in between his front teeth. I did not want my child under general anesthesia as out insurance does not cover it in an office setting. This office happened to be the only place close that took our insurance and wouldn't use general on him. We did have a little wait to get an appointment but we definitely understood. The staff were all amazing and did great with explaining everything with myself and my child as well. His procedure went great and was super fast. They helped load him in the car and they even called a few days later to check up on him. We are overall extremely satisfied with the work he had. We have since moved cross country so we cannot return but I do recommend this office. My toddler still very much enjoys the dentist"

"My daughter has been going to the dentist office since her first check up she’s now six years of age because it is so hard to find dentist offices via Medi-Cal we are unfortunately stuck with them! My experience with the staff at both locations has been awful. I feel the assistants & management and the workers in general don’t pay attention to their patients or said patients information that is been documented. We are always waiting long times for appointments. Correct me if I’m wrong but the point of an appointment is to be seen at the time of the appointment. I’m a single mother and it’s sometimes hard for me to get my child to doctors appointments let alone sign documentation and they don’t make it the easiest task. When you wanna complain the employees are extremely rude and catty they don’t do a very good job of hiding the fact that they’re talking about the individual who’s complaining. Super unprofessional I would never recommend this place to anybody do not take your children big mistake!"

"Front staff is kind and helpful. Been bringing my son for 8 yrs and it's always a nice experience. He was recently seen for his 6 month check up and really likes Dr. Chan. He is very professional and gave my son really good information. My daughter was seen for her first check up and assistant and Dr. Sackett made her visit really smooth."
