Geico Auto Insurance

"Terrible insurance company. My car got wrecked by some drunk mf a while back and they did nothing to help me or anything even though I was paying for it and then once I called them that day that I got in an accident they said that I wasn’t paying for even though I was and they said that it got disabled or whatever and they never notified me about it and it was just payed for. And then they are charging me for “bring me at fault” Don’t be paying for this POS company all they will do is whine and whine and there not gonna help you"

"I don't know what that lady is complaining about. I've used my fair share of insurance companies and let me tell you, there are only three companies I would trust using as my insurance provider... Geico is definetly on my 2nd choice, but because my number 1 choice is pricey, Geico is my best choice. I was in an accident and they treated me just as well as AAA did. My car was fixed promptly, they provided me with a great rental (free upgrade from what I was covered for), and the repairs were gauranteed for as long as I had my car. Yes, prices fluctuate where some quarters I've paid a little more than others, but I've had that in most of my past insurance companies, and honestly, the price would only go up a few dollars and usually would go back down the next quarter. Good driver? You get great rates. I've been a proud member of Geico for over 8 years and highly recommend it if you can't afford AAA or State Farm. Geico is still affordable for the coverage and customer service they provide. And no, I'm not getting paid for this review (not a promotional comment, either). I'm happy with Geico... and I'm here to stay. With that. I never knew they had an office in Salinas... Huge plus!"

"I’ve never been more upset with a company than I’ve been with GEICO. I just paid my premium for car insurance and it has gone up $310.87 a year. I was told it’s because of higher cost for car parts and medical expense. Never mind that I drive a 2014 Ford Focus. I have no tickets or car accidents. I am almost 65 years old, widowed and retired. I drive my car to the grocery store and back. I have never been with an insurance company that increases my car insurance for no fault of my own. I also have my home owners with GEICO as well. I guarantee tomorrow, I’ll find an insurance company to switch my car and homeowners insurance that will be much more reasonable. Also, I will make sure that I’ll inform everyone how unfairly this company has treated me."
