"I am feeling very frustrated with the confirmation process at this facility. We had our kids appointments scheduled 6 months out and received a phone call 24 hours in advance at 11am and 2 pm during a work day. When I returned the call after work ( I work with students and was unable to step away prior to that time) they informed me that my slots were already given away and my call was within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment. I had already planned for these appointments and taken the time to leave work early to accommodate the appointment. When speaking to them they said they would have called throughout the day multiple times, however their call was returned within hours in the same day before being canceled and only 2 calls were received (both in the afternoon). My husband had no missed calls either, so they did not even attempt to contact both families. Having 48 hour notice would be more reasonable to return a call or even a text to confirm option would be appropriate so that there is adequate time for working families to respond. At the very least families who return the call over 24 hours prior to their appointment should be given their window that they scheduled it should not have been given away over 24 hours out."

"Love this dental office. The dental staff is always so friendly and goes above and beyond to make the kids feel comfortable. The waiting room is never to crowded and we never have to wait long, they are good all around, havent had an issue yet. I came her myself as a kid and my brother. I'm sure it was a different staff then but this office has always been great."

"Great care and customer service! I been brining my grand daughter for the past few years here and I have always been treated well. My grand daughter is always scared and has a hard time and the the staff here always make her feel safe and always keep me in the loop of what is going on. She has seeing several of the doctors here and they have all made her feel safe. Highly recommend this dentistry for children."
