"Karen, James, and Keith are the absolute best. This complex is really one of a kind. The community here is so welcoming, neighbors are friendly. Very safe and secure building in a central location. From time to time, the property manager, Karen, plans events for the community and brings in food trucks, magicians, host sip and paints, pretty much anything you could think of. Amenities are clean and fun to escape to. If there is maintenance happening around the building Karen and James always communicate ahead of time and things get done fast around here. I would recommend this community to anyone."

"The Garrison Modern Apartment Community consists of 90 units. The Leasing Manager Karen, Leasing Associate, James and Leasing Maintenance Associate Keith ensure the property upkeep is maintained and looking in new condition. Garrison Team is always pleasant, professional and prompt with addressing any issues related to the property and Tenants. Work maintenance requests are addressed timely. The Garrison Team plans complimentary holiday events for Residents with monthly food/dessert vendor selections for purchase. I am truly Grateful and enjoyed the 2x month FITT Training classes."

"My boyfriend has lived here since the Garrison first opened so I have only really had an outsiders point of view for the last two years until recently becoming a resident myself. It’s remarkable how much the management has improved over the last year or so. They used to be unresponsive, absent, and difficult when it came to handling problems. Karen and James are the polar opposite of that & genuinely seem like they want to be as helpful as possible. So happy to be here & to have found a good management team!"

"Garrison apartments checks about every single box for modern apartment living. We have been living here for the last couple months and have loved it. You are on a first name basis with the leasing staff and can expect them to get back to you day of or next day if there's anything you need help with. Maintenance is quick and usually done in 48 hours or less. The apartment interiors come well equipped and maintained. Amenities like the gym, jacuzzi, and community grills are also well maintained and just enough. Finally the location is perfect as it's located in the heart of OC so u can enjoy walkable game nights to the Ducks game in Honda center and marvel at the fireworks show from Angels stadium and Disneyland."
