"DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible place. They do not change the bedding. Sheets covered in stains and blankets have cigarette burns in them. Asked for clean sheets, they just remade the same bed. DISGUSTING. Scum and mold in the bathroom and base boards. Literally holes in the walls covered with duct tape. The AC was hanging out of the wall to the point you could look straight through to the outside. They do NOT clean these rooms. STAY AWAY."

"It's a sharp left turn just before the light, coming down the steep hill on Tustin Ave. Unless you're familiar with this place, you'll miss the driveway. It's charming and somewhat quiet. They rent mostly to long-term guests. The managers are willing to work folks if they happen to fall short a few dollars by allowing them to pay it the following day. You don't find that kind of compassion these days."

"Honestly I don’t know how to start this review… for a cheap and low price you’re not getting much. The floors were filthy, I had to wear my shoes the ENTIRE time. As soon as I got into only wearing my socks my feet were disgusting. The walls had a weird yellow/brownish drippings on it and I could not tell you what it could have been. One of the first things I did when walking into the room was use the bathroom… when I looked up above the toilet I saw a large cockroach/water bug in the bathroom light! You can tell they do NOT care of the cleanliness of their rooms even if they claim they do. Also, when I checked in the woman fr the front said they misheard my dad and charged us for a 1 bed instead for the 2 bed that we asked for the day before, she then told us we had to give her an extra $30, we’re in a very tight financial situation and we could ONLY afford this one motel for the price she told us, so being told she messed up and that we owed her more money than from the start was incredibly annoying. If you’re staying here for more than 1 night I do not recommend!"

"This is an older building, given this information, the rooms are clean, livable, and quite comfortable. Not a bad place for an extended stay if needed. The managers will work with you on financial matters."

"This motel has both good and bad qualities. They majorly overcharge so make sure and get the room online If you can first. Also the family that owns it is a little crazy especially the wife, she'll just start yelling at you about anything. The location is nice, beautiful view of east Anaheim and the beds are comfortable. The cable sucks but the TV s are nice."
