Ayres Hotel Orange

"This is a very comfortable and plush hotel. If you want to be comfortable and have a nice stay to visit Disneyland, I recommend this place. The customer service was great! I had a had a hard time finding a place to stay with my kids and the afternoon/evening customer service crew on a Tuesday, made sure that I had the best room and rate for my budget. They were very nice and welcoming! :) The room service kept our rooms nice and clean while we were away. The beds were comfortable and the shower felt great! The parking is free so it fit our budget. We felt as if we were right at home. Just beautiful and comfortable! Free breakfast. The restaurant was nice and the food was very tasty. Only thing, I didn't appreciate was the older latino lady at the restaurant who made my children and I feel uncomfortable while we eating our breakfast. She kept watching us and made us feel uneasy about serving ourselves. Following behind us while we making our plates. So unfortunately, they lost a star. Other than, that we had a wonderful stay and when we go back to Disneyland, we will definitely come back. :) Overall they get 5 stars!"

"We stayed here when we visited the area to go to Disneyland. It was less than 10 minute drive to the park and in a convenient location. The service of the staff was great, the room was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. The breakfast had variety from day to day and was nice quality for a complimentary breakfast. They were installing safes in the room while we were there and they were accommodating for our toddler who still naps. If we ever decide to make the trip back to Disneyland, we will 100% be staying here again!"

"A really amazing hotel! I couldn't have picked a better place to stay during our family trip! I almost don't want to write this review as it feels like a hidden gem. There were so many more benefits to staying here versus hotels that were within walking distance of Disney. The lobby was so pretty. It felt like I was walking into someone's living room. My favorite part had to be the giant fireplace, I could just sit there and stare at it all day long. Loved the tall ceilings! We requested a room on the second floor and it was nice to have the option to take the stairs or elevator. There was even a small seating area on the second floor that overlooked the lobby. The room we got had a divider in the middle that separated the beds. It was spacious and clean. Having a microwave and mini fridge already puts this place legions above the hotels near Disney without burning a hole in your wallet. Bathroom was clean and spacious. This is the biggest shower/bathtub that I've ever encountered in a hotel. The water pressure was on point. There was also body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to the wall. Breakfast buffet was top tier! Everyday had something slightly different but there was something for everyone that's for sure. Their bacon and spicy pork sausages were my favorite offerings. There's also a gym, business center (with printers and computers) and outdoor pool. The pool was even heated but didn't get a chance to try it out this time. Both the pool and jacuzzi looked well maintained and clean! This place was close to the highway so Disney was just a quick 10 min drive away and back. They also have free parking. Like can the perks of this hotel get any better?"

"We booked a double queen. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was about as good as it gets without being made to order. I do wish it opened earlier than 0630 because it was a bit difficult to rope drop at Disneyland after breakfast. The staff was very friendly. There were several charging areas throughout the room. I appreciated being given a first level room so I don't have to worry about my children's running through the room bothering someone below. Overall a great stay."

"This is a very nice hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights to visit Disneyland. Hotel is very clean. Room (and bathroom) was very spacious. Loved that the two beds in the room were separated by a wall that covered 1/3 of the room (enough to block the light from another bed). The breakfast was excellent! The only negative thing was that it is next to a busy street AND right next to the medical center. So, lots of loud cars/motorcycles AND ambulances running throughout the night with sirens (ask for a room not facing the street). We would definitely stay here again."
