"I PRAY THIS Getd TO THE OWNER OF ASPIRE INN SUITES BECAUSE IVE BEEN DISRESPECTED, LIED TOO AND LET DOWN SO THE NIGHT FRONT DESK WORKER NAMED “Mike” ON FEBRUARY 19 2024 HAD ME STAND outside for 20 min because there was nobody at the front desk and so I decided to call and I didn’t get AN answer till the fourth call. Once I came in, he had looked like he just woke up from A deep sleep. He did not greet me at all. He then asked me if I had a reservation and I said yes and he told me that I didn’t before even turning on the computer and once he did turn on the computer he told me he had no rooms on the side I wanted witch was a lIE because I had made a reservation for it and so I asked to have the managers number and he refused to give it to me and I got so mad that I started crying so he said he would give me a room on the side I wanted but it would cost 300 plus a 100 deposit then he gave ME 3 different prices! He gave me the room closet to the office to upset ME more and told me I couldn’t have have any COMPANY when all I had was one friend with me and while I tried to talk he would tell me shut up his daughter was sleeping in the back room!!!!! THE ONLY REASON I decided to get this room so I could stay here for tomorrow so I can definitely talk to a manager and get this handled. This guy should FIRED! Because he’s losing the company Money and he’s making people not wanna ever come back He’s disrespecting everybody and he’s pocketing money from people because he’s raising prices that are unbelievable please please please get back to me as soon as possible. I will stay here so I could speak to someone. I will try my best to get the owners number because this guy should not be working here. He has not done this once or twice, he does this all the time’ Because I send a lot of my friends over here to get a hotel here and there’s never been this problem until this worker has started working and I will not ever come back here again with him working here and neither will any of my family members that come to visit Come to visit from Colorado or anybody who has asked me what hotel they would like to stay at in which one is a good one. I would always pick this hotel, but not anymore because this guy needs to be fired. He’s not a good worker he At what he does, he does not love his job or people at all whatsoever, and he’s disrespectful and every single way, even While I was speaking to him, he had pretended not to speak English. This is ridiculous. Please get back to me as soon as possible because I am so unhappy, so so unhappy that I’m staying here just to talk to a manager. I also have videos to prove how unprofessional and disrespectful The Nightshift worker was, he’s a little boy who needs to be fired and he’s very lazy I mean very very lazy. How dare he say I can’t have one friend over while he has his daughter sleeping in the back how professional is that? not only that I could go on and on I just would love to speak to a manager thank you very very much. Either way I will be here till I get it ! DONT. ONE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!!!"

"Save your time & money plus the hassle renting a room at this motel stay at the (Extended Stay America) address 1635 W Katella Ave, Orange, CA 92867. The (Extended Stay America) offers a much cheaper price at a more convenient location (Starbucks, +5 restaurants, a movie theater all at WALKING DISTANCE) with more offered amenities & a far better parking lot. They charged $120 on Sunday & $140 on Monday at that HIGH price you would think there would be something they offer to have the prices so high. You would think they could offer some basics at the price they're charging maybe some coffee & donuts in the morning or a pool/hot tub to relax in or more than 10 channels that's not free basic cable to watch or some nearby restaurants or entertainment/activities but you find out they literally don't have anything. It's especially disheartening when you realize that even the Motel 6 on Katella have all those amenities on offer at a much cheaper price & at a far more convenient location. Again stay at the (Extended Stay America) on katella next to the movie theater. (FUN FACT) Aspire Inn used to be an apartment complex 3-4 years ago walking in the lobby you'll be able to notice right away from all the unused space."
