"Had a delivery problem from the shopper's end. They got my address wrong and the package couldn't be delivered. I only found out about it because I checked the tracking. Went in to see if they could find the package. First guy could not and called in the cavalry. This guy had the package in my hands in less than five minutes. Both of them were polite, friendly, and very helpful. This, in the middle of the Christmas crunch!"

"My package tracking shows that UPS transferred my package to the post office at about 1:00 AM on Monday morning. It's now Thursday and that package STILL has not been delivered. When I try calling the Lompoc PO to find out where it is, the phone just rings for a couple of minutes and then disconnects. I have NO way of finding out where my package is. The delivery person for my neighborhood is incredibly slow. I frequently don't get my mail until 8:00 PM or even later. But yet I see the delivery driver parked on the side of the road, under a tree periodically during the day. I understand they deserve to take breaks but this guy takes a LOT of breaks."
"Been waiting on a package all day and it finally gets delivered at 740pm. Go to get it at the residential / community mail boxes only to have the key NOT unlock the designated package box. I literally tried for 15 minutes to open a package lock box. How are these not checked for servicability on almost a daily basis? Believe me.. unlocking something does not boil down to user error in the scenario."
