"I came a couple minutes ago, I was on a hurry and tried to call the store before to just pick up my order and they didn’t answer, I went to the store and there was only 2 people in front of me and it took them 20 min to help them with less than 3 sandwiches. The employee that helped me didn’t follow directions, he seemed like he didn’t understood English, one of my sandwiches was ruined because he would put the things I said on both sandwiches, when I tried to tell him I didn’t want the sauces on the other sandwich he would put more. Also, when I asked for my receipt he gave me the second receive they keep and I only noticed it when I left."
"Does not even deserve one star. I walked in while female behind counter was throwing the meats around. worst customer service rude females would not put condiments or cheeses or requested breads. Made lousy sandwichs. When i asked for mgrs names they lied about owners names as well as their own. Will never return"

"How does subway "eat fresh" run out of spinach? I hope there is a hand washing station in the back. When we arrived our sandwich maker was emptying the trash, went to the back office with the garbage and popped out and put on food handler gloves. During the making of our 3 sandwiches (no spinach), she made a sweeping motion toward the left side of her head with her left hand as she was making our order. The 1st time she did it I wasn't sure if my eyes deceived me, however the 2nd time I called her out. She denied it and asked me if I wanted her to change gloves. HECK YEAH change those gloves and your hairdo. Guess nobody believes in hair-nets any more."
