"Nobody at this place seems to know proper food handling protocols. I have worked fast food before and I know that you are regularly supposed to change gloves and wash your hands ESPECIALLY after handling money. I saw one worker wearing the same gloves for a good 10 min while taking customers orders, handling cash, and also packing orders and I also had one worker give me my tray and a chicken nugget had fallen onto the counter and the worker proceeded to quickly pick it up with her bare hands and put it back in the box of nuggets hoping i wouldn’t notice."
"A most disappointing experience. Refused to provide accomodations to a disabled person needing to pay cash for existing so called " burger day deal". App did not work and mgr. not available."
"I ordered a number 9 she asked me if I wanted spicy or callasic. I said wanted classic being spicy I can't do due to really bad ulcers instead of telling me 9 is originally spicy and suggesting another number she let me order it return it and order it again just to be as spicy being now I ordered the classic again thinking it was the spicy mix up. The. Explained to me the difference and refuses to give me a different sandwich. I asked for management and she replaced it for something I could eat."
