"Pizza seems to be getting better over the years. Lately, the pizza isn't cut through and it rips into pieces when the kids go to grab a piece, so we have to run a pizza slicer through it again when we get home. Otherwise the price is right and the cashier is always friendly. Domino's could take a sizable lead in the pizza wars if they offered more toppings."

"Food is usually good but this time toppings were very skimpy given the price. Service was less than cordial, possibly due to their being busy. I don't believe busy ness should be an excuse for poor customer service/ customer relations"

"I mean the pizza is dominos, but it’s adequate for dominoes. The food is fine. The problem is their delivery. In an attempt to circumvent their quality system to make themselves look better they will say orders are delivered long before they ever get delivered. It’s absolutely ridiculous, and insanely frustrating when you’re trying to track your order and it says delivered 10+ minutes before they actually show up to your house."

"So I had to post because I believe in buyer beware. I hate ordering for delivery from her because it takes them to long to find my home. Even though I'm 10 minutes away. I hate ordering online cause their website glitches. But calling it in takes forever. So I tried doing it online the order was for 2 pepperoni pizzas I picked it up. My bad I should have checked it. But I trusted them . I got home and it was one burnt cheese pizza and 1 regular cheese pizza. I called to let them know . Didn't want freebies but maybe told I'm sorry how can we try and fix this for you. . But no I was told you ordered on line it's your fault and nothing we can do. Just bad on top of bad. People do not take any pride in their work. Whoever owns this franchise and the management needs to change things up and teach better customer service to their employees. Or your business will fail. I can truly say I will not be back. I will take my business elsewhere. And the cherry on the top was I tipped them in cash so sad"

"If I could, I’d put 0 stars. Csr was laughing the whole time I was explaining how my pizza was burnt and the chicken Alfredo literally had no chicken! They tried to lie saying they don’t do refunds but my husband use to work there so he knows the policy. Won’t be ordering there anytime soon… such a shame"
