"I went to this place last year and had a good experience. I drive 35 minutes out of my way to go there My appointment was at 4pm. At 4:46 the doctor called in a guy who had walked in like 10 minutes earlier. At this point it was pretty obvious i wasn't getting seen anytime soon. When I told the lady i just want to cancel, they didn't seem to care all that much, just asked if i wanted to reschedule. I told her no that I would be going elsewhere. Then ironically they send an cancelation email saying thanks in advance for letting us know you don't have the time. Seriously, it should apologize that you had an appointment but we didn't have the time to see you. Their reply shows exactly how little they care about their customers. I contacted the business also, they never replied to me. I guess they care how they look, not their actual customers."
"The young people were great. The Doctor was sullen if not rude. Didn't want to take time to be sure the vision was correct. In short, the glasses are not correct. I'll just call it a loss."
