"I am a firm believer that a company’s reputation is not built when things go right, but when things go wrong. I was passing through an intersection when someone ran a red light and t-boned me. The accident itself wasn’t so bad, but it definitely made a major mark on my new car. I needed some bod I chose Caliber Collision because I know people who have gone there and had a good experience. They finished the work on my car in almost half the time I was expecting. Every staff member was incredible and made the process as easy on me as possible. When I got my car back it looked brand new again. They also washed the car and did a full sanitation of the inside as a Covid pre-caution. While I was in the front office signing my pickup paperwork I ran into an issue with the payment from the insurance company. Instead of watching me struggle to figure it out they immediately called the insurance representative and handled the payment process for me. All of the relevant paperwork for the job was given to me in a nice organized folder and they left me without questions. I was assured all of their work had a lifetime warranty and to contact them any time if there were any issues. A few weeks after I picked up my car I noticed some of the weather stripping was not fully reattached and a small plastic piece of the interior door that was broken during the accident and was never replaced. I called Caliber again and told them about the overlooked section of the door and they had the parts ordered and installed correctly on the car within 24 hours. Again, they were super attentive and handled the issue with ease. I had a great experience on my first visit, but how they handled the issue cemented my opinion that this is an excellent company with excellent customer service. They are obviously dedicated to doing their work perfectly and leaving their customers satisfied. I never expected my car to roll out of the shop looking as perfect as it does. I couldn’t be happier with their work and their service."
