"Noticed that the cooling fan on my Ford Edge was running all the time. Set up an appointment with Complete Car Care for an inspection the following morning. Also had some other issues that I wanted checked. Complete Car Care completed their inspection within a couple of hours and completed all work the same day. My Edge now runs great and the cost of repairs was very reasonable. Will definitely use Complete Car Care again for any future car issues."

"Very very nice and honest people here. I can't complain about the customer service I received. The only reason for the 2 stars to be quite honest is the fact that I took my car in for a failed start followed by a rattling noise in the engine. They checked the oil which was low and changed it and checked for the noise again which had seemed to have gone away after an oil change. It's worth noting that that morning the noise was not really prevalent anyway aside from when I first turned the car on. I say they're honest folks over there because if that was just the only issue they would have saved me what would've likely been at least $100 in diagnostic fee's which initially was appreciated when the oil change seemed to be the issue. But then the literal very next day when I tried to turn on my car the rattling noise was there again, so I turned the car off to look under the hood for anything obvious which I didn't see. And then the car never turned on again. The engine seized. And while that was probably inevitable I feel like maybe a diagnostic would've at least led me there before it completely wrapped out on me, at the very least to let me know what happened because the day it died I had to pay to get it towed and then diagnosed anyway. Nice people and I like that they're confident in what they do, but sometimes by the book is probably the best idea, even if it costs a little extra.."
