"Very honest and everypne there is very nice. They are also honest as AAA told me I needed a new battery when they came to jump start it and tried to sell me a battery. Encinitas Foreign and Domestic tested it and it just needed a charge so they charged it overnight. Saved me over $200. I also love that they email an inspection report to me when I get my oil changed. The shuttle service is very convenient. Highly recommended"

"AAA recommended that they tow my car to this auto shop (which they’re not allowed to do, I didn’t know at the time). First they way over priced an oil change at $280 and for another repair that my regular mechanic said should only cost 350 max they estimated almost $800. Total scam. When I called them out for it over the phone they threatened that I couldn’t get my car back until after the weekend (this took place on Friday during open hours) even though they don’t close until 5pm and we were on the phone at 1:30pm. I told them not to work on my car and when I came in to pick it up they were very rude and talked to me like I was a child. $150 for diagnostics is not a thing at most trusted mechanic shops but I paid it to avoid any more of a hassle. Still can’t believe what a scam I almost got caught in. Do yourself a favor don’t go here ever and if AAA ever tells you to go to a certain mechanic report them because it’s not allowed."
