"I do not live in Oxnard but ive had to pickup prescription for my child once before months ago before prices on everything went skyrocketing:( I have been assisted over the phone by the pharmacist very few times and they have been professional with all of their assistance that i have experienced when dealing with my childs prescription. I am truly greatful with their service as some of our local CVSs in Santa Barbara have awful workers and who are very good at giving us run arounds which also do not do their job right who also treat customers badly. I have had Jobs working with customers and it is not a hard job at all i wouldnt dare treat customers badly neither because customers is why we have our Jobs in the first place. How i wish our CVSs would be so simple with us to pick up our prescriptions like in the good old days when customer service didnt get out of hand:) Thank You Oxnard CVS if i could id rather pickup our prescriptions at this Location sadly its too expensive to even get out of town. We no longer can enjoy those Beautiful drives out there. Keep up the good work:)"

"Derek sampey the pharmacy manager, i believe is a bald face liar. This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy with the worst customer service. Derek has a lifeless personality, takes the side of a rude unprofessional employee. He tells a customer to go shop at another store instead of handling repeated incidents of a rude unprofessional employee named cindy. Cindy who is very rude and unprofessional needs a major attitude adjustment, and needs to get a job not dealing with customers If she has such a bad attitude with customers. This is the only CVS pharmacy that has rude unprofessional dishonest pharmacy employees. There is a major problem at this pharmacy that needs to be resolved. Many people have the same issues with Cindy and Derek. That gives a impression that these two are not good representatives of a company that deals with the public."
