"Nobody in the pharmacy would wear a mask!!! Don't they know people come to them for prescriptions because they are NOT healthy. 8 people in line, everyone wearing a mask, not one pharmacist or person checking you out would wear one. When asked they pointed to a sign and said, and said they don't have to. Is that what healthcare has come to? Find a private pharmacy that cares whether you live or die because CVS does NOT!!"
"Today I went into the CVS Pharmacy at the Los Altos Center, and Andrew came to the window to help me. Wow! What a pleasant, professional interaction it was. The 5 star rating is solely for Andrew.
