"The workers here are very nice. They provide great friendly customer service. Tilly's also has great deals all the time and their prices are comparable to their competitors. It's a very clean and organized store as well. I've always had good experiences here."

"I came here to buy a sweatshirt… Not one employee welcomes me not one employee asked me if I needed assistance. As I was checking out I wanted to use my rewards and the employee that did not have her name visible she canceled my order she asked my for my email about five -7 times. She then threw away the tag for the sweatshirt I was buying and said that I couldn’t return anyways since I was wearing and not once did she say it was final sale, there’s no disclosure stating that the item I was buying was a final sale item. She was unprofessional and I couldn’t believe her check out was horrible asking so many times for my email smh. I do not recommend this store for their lack of professionalism and their employees just don’t care."
