They called me five days later, and when I told them I had already called another company, they didn't even try to apologize, like they didn't care. That shows me how they deal with customers, and it was great not dealing with them."

"I've made multiple attempts trying to reach them and inquire about how to cancel my policies and avoid auto-renewal. I always get told that someone will reach out to me to follow up, but I never hear back from them. They were very responsive when I was first buying my policies through them, but now that I need to cancel they have been completely unresponsive."

I thought I might have to use the FAIR plan for several years, but when I called Great Park, they were very kind and helpful, and Julius sent me several quotes that compared evenly with my previous coverage. Our communication has been good, and though I would have liked to meet the folks there in person, we did everything, including signing documents and making payments, online, which was pretty convenient. I generally don't need much attention unless I need to file a claim, so I'm hopeful that everything will go smoothly at that time. Based on my interactions with them (Julius Yang was my contact there), I would recommend."
