"Just like the last reviewer, terrible service. Gold Star Audio, AKA Headlight Experts. Paid for an LED conversion kit and bought their warning cancellers and paid extra. Plugged them in, the cancellers, which are attached to the headlights, didn’t work. Called customer service to return and they don’t accept returns because they’re now used even though they’re faulty. Service says I needed to buy an extra adapter, so I do, but the instructions say I need to mount (which means drill) into metal to mount that extra adapter. Not doing it. Won’t modify my car that far. So before I decide to even try the adapter, I ask for a return. They only will accept the return on the extra adapter. I’m now out $110. This company doesn’t back their products. Period."
"The beam pattern on the left in both pics is my stock halogen and the right is their led lights. They wouldn’t not let me return them and never offered an exchange until after I bought a different companies lights where the beam pattern is perfect. This is off a 2021 Toyota Tundra sr5. Horrible customer service and as far as what I got, worst beam pattern I’ve seen yet."

"I was at their shop and they installed low, high beams integrate with DLR, very professional and reasonable prices. Just make sure to call them first to set up an appointment due they are busy time to time. Very recommendable."
