Hellman Building

Spring Street, is the final addition to the Hellman Building. This Beaux-Arts style structure features white terra cotta façade and elaborate architectural details on the upper floors. Live-work loft units occupy the upper floors, while the ground floor is designated for a full-service restaurant.
