"I've been training for quite a while at this gym. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've made! I had given MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, & Muay Thai kickboxing a try & instantly fell in love! And now I have been training here for over 3 years! im very confident in my self-defense, and have done extremely well in competing in BJJ tournaments! All of the instructors here have been a big postive influence in my life; on & off the mat! Love this gym!"
"It is amazing gym! I love training boxing, muay thai kickboxing and jiu jitsu and the instruction here is as good as any other place teaching this stuff... even better than most! I've been to try out most of these other places around chula vista teaching jiu jitsu and boxing and this place is great! They are very hands on with instruction and they don't just give their attention to the fighters... they make sure everyone is learning good technique!! Also, if you want fitness they do classes and personal training. When I want a change or just feel like working out they have strength and conditioning classes on the schedule in addition to self defense classes and they also have a full weight room if I want to lift weights! I used to pay for 2 memberships... but now I have everything in one gym and it's a reasonable cost for the membership!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!!!! Highly Recommend this gym!!!!!"
