"I normally don't have issues with other locations, but this one gave my order incomplete. Was missing 15 dollars worth of items and as now they seal the bags, there is no way to check on the spot. I called them and they didn't fix the problem and wanted me to drive back to look at my receipt, and most likely they do that kowkng most of the people don't have the time. They need to fix their customer service."
"Dine in is over at 9pm sharp. Drive thru stays open till 10pm. Even then I don’t think they want anyone coming through the drive through after 9pm. Ordered a chicken quesadilla but was given something else. Decided to just try it and it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tried. Cheese wasn’t even melted. I will never be back to this el pollo loco again. Better to go to the one on PCH."
